Ifeanyi Paulinus Okereke holds a bachelors of Arts honours in English Language from Abia State University Uturu, a postgraduate diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the International Institute of Journalism, Abuja and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Development Communication at Bingham University, Karu, Nassarawa State. 

He is alumnus of the AIG Public Leaders Programme from the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford University London. Ifeanyi has a Certificate in Project Cycle Management from the MDF Consultancy Ede, Netherlands. He currently works with as a Deputy Director and Technical Assistant in the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Information and Culture.

Ifeanyi leads the UNESCO and Bilateral Relations Division of the of the Ministry.  With experience spanning over 25 years in Media and Public relations, he is a fellow of the ILDC and member of both ARCON and the NIPR.
