About Dr. Hope I. Cole
Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial Sociology from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, a master’s degree in industrial relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Akoka and a B.SC. in Sociology, from Edo State University (Ekpoma )
Dr. Hope Imuetinyan, Iguodala-Cole, holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial Sociology from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Akoka and a B.SC. in Sociology, from Edo State University (Ekpoma ) as well as National diploma in Social Work from the University of Benin, Edo State. She also has a Professional Diploma Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria as well as the Nigerian institute of training & development. She is currently a Lecturer in the department of Sociology, the pioneer Coordinator, Gender Studies Unit and the Chairman, Positive Behaviour Committee at Bingham University, Karu, Nigeria. She is a member of Professional bodies such as; Institute for Leadership and Communication Development(ILDC), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM); Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Association (NASA); Abuja Graduate School Advisory Council; Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) and Association of Business Development Professionals in Nigeria {ABDPIN). She has worked previously at Taraus Communications, Lagos, as a client service executive, Stronics Consult, Lagos, as a HR consultant, Planet Press Limited, Lagos, as a Client service executive/HR officer Vitachem Group, Lagos, as the group human resource manager, Real Striker Securities Limted, Lagos, as the human resource manager, University of Lagos as a teaching Assistant and Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (NLNG) as HR employee relations officer.
Dr. Cole is also a Resource partner with Abuja Graduate School (AGS) training/Development platforms, where she engages in Lecturing Post Graduate Diploma Students and Professionals preparing for Nigerian base Professional Examinations, National Communication Centre, United Kingdom as well as other training and development schedules of the school and she sits on the boards of Duhic Communications &Investment Ltd, a wholly Nigerian Indigenous company specialized in training, development as well as HR and Allied services. She has over 40 conference presentations across the globe and over 24 publications amongst which are Fake News; A Threat to National Unity.
